NCC is the first company that received a certificate for passive house in Sweden. For the houses in Beckomberga, NCC has chosen REC Temovex ventilation units.

It is the Forum for Energy Efficient Buildings, FEBY, which is launching a system for certification. This ensures low-energy houses to pass the required criteria.
