Quality and Environment
We offer the option to purchase a 5-year product warranty on all our HRV units sold in the Swedish market with each new order. To maintain the warranty, original filters from REC Indovent must be used and replaced at least once per year.

Customer Terms and Conditions
Approved returns are subject to a 30% fee. Custom-made products or cut hoses are not eligible for return. All returned goods must be delivered to Mölndal.
The payment terms are 30 days. Late payments will incur default interest charges.
All prices are excluding packaging. The delivery time refers to the day the goods leave REC Indovent.
