At REC Indovent, we always strive to deliver the highest possible service and quality.
To ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations, we conduct an annual Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey in collaboration with an external partner. In this year’s 2024 survey, we achieved an outstanding result of 4.40, a testament to how our commitment to customer service makes a difference. At the same time, an employee survey was conducted, where we achieved a strong result of 4.12.
We firmly believe that satisfied employees create satisfied customers – and these results confirm the crucial link between workplace well-being and high customer satisfaction.
