About AKU-COMP 25/50
AKU-COMP 25 consists of a flexible, perforated Compact tube (0.12 mm) wrapped in 25 mm mineral wool, while AKU-COMP 50 is wrapped in 50 mm mineral wool. The outer casing of Type A is made of durable, reinforced aluminum film, whereas Type P features a gray polyethylene plastic casing. The ends are fitted with sleeves for easy installation and a tighter connection.

AKU-COMP is ideal for use as a sound-attenuated connection between diffusers and ducts. It provides excellent sound absorption, particularly in low octave bands. It can withstand air pressure between 0-1000 Pa.

The flexible duct silencer is bendable and delivered compressed but should be extended to its full length for optimal sound absorption.
