Double Filterbox UNIK©

REC’s Double Filter Box UNIK© is a design-protected product that allows for simple and cost-effective filter replacements in apartment ventilation units—eliminating previously complex and time-consuming logistics.

Due to its low installation height and the integration of both supply and exhaust air filters in the same box, it is possible to access the filters from a corridor or stairwell via a fire hatch.

This makes the Double Filter Box ideal for multi-family buildings where the property owner is responsible for filter replacement. It eliminates the need for resident notifications and removes the risk of tenants being unavailable during filter service.

Design
Installed under the ceiling, above an opening in the wall between the corridor/stairwell and the apartment.
Compatible with both concrete and gypsum walls.
After installation, the entire box must be insulated with suitable ventilation insulation.
